A Relaxing Family Getaway with Friendly Staff

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond. The lively evening shows were enjoyable, while the warm, heated pools provided a perfect retreat. I recommend visiting Amoura for a delightful dining experience, and pack a light beach towel for the long pier. Enjoy!

During busy meal times, consider arriving early to avoid long lines at the buffet, as they can get quite crowded.

We had an amazing stay with our family! The room was spacious with direct access to the pool, making it perfect for our kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was consistently delicious, especially at the a la carte restaurants.

The staff were a delight—shoutout to Sabrina for making our stay extra special—and the stunning pool view from our room was the cherry on top. Everything from the fresh seafood by the beach to the fabulous cocktails at the bar was on point.

Now for the cheeky bit, we did hit a snag with the restaurant access at first, being told we could only visit the à la carte spots twice during our six-night stay. But big ups to Ms. Sabrina for sorting that out and saving our vacation vibes.

The animation team made our stay memorable with engaging activities for the grandkids. They really enjoyed the kids club, and we loved relaxing by the pool. The family rooms were comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful and well-maintained.

My children wished for quicker service at the beach bars during peak times.

The stay was highlighted by excellent meals, particularly at the Japanese restaurant, and the friendly, attentive service from staff like Milad at the beachside restaurant. However, the snorkeling experience was limited due to the long walk to the reef and the choppy waters, which restricted swim times. The room was well-maintained, and the cleaning staff were exceptional, but be prepared for some limitations with sea access.

Fantastic Family Experience with Amazing Service

We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful resort for 10 nights. The kids loved the daily activities and the dedicated staff made them feel special, especially in the kids club. The main restaurant offered a delicious variety of meals every day, and Amoura's culinary skills were exceptional. The direct pool access from our room was the cherry on top! One area for improvement could be to enhance the drink options available at the bar.

I loved my stay at Steigenberger Alcazar. The pools were stunning and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing under the sun. My room, a Superior Room Pool View, had a fantastic view and was very spacious. The food at the buffet and a la carte restaurants offered a variety of delicious options daily. I especially enjoyed the pasta and fresh seafood dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything met my needs. However, check-in lacked discretion. Additionally, the drinks at the pool bar were often watered down and not well mixed. Some staff didn’t seem fully engaged in their work, making the service a bit inconsistent. A certain chef made me feel uncomfortable by insisting on a photo even after I said no, which was very awkward. Those instances aside, I genuinely had a great time and felt safe throughout my visit.

I recently stayed and absolutely loved the exquisite food options, especially the Lebanese and Japanese cuisines, and the stunning pools that provided the perfect relaxation vibe. It's a remarkable place I’d definitely choose again!

We spent 5 nights in a Superior Room Garden View. The room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and great toiletries. The all-inclusive food was fresh, especially the seafood at the Lebanese restaurant. The pools were clean and spacious with sun loungers and umbrellas. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making our trip special.
