Brand-new luxury rooms, they are provided with luxurious beds, a generous mini-bar plus new furniture. The staff is genuinely helpful and the food is outstanding.

The hotel is clean and located in an amazing building close to the airport. It has a beachfront location on the Red Sea. the rooms are luxurious and the staff is absolutely perfect and informative. Breakfast is nice, and there are bathtubs in the bathroom.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with very hard working staff in all areas. the room was very a nice size and fully-equipped with a huge bathroom. the bed was comfortable, I also had climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.

The hotel was amazing, no complaints, and I would gladly recommend it. the staff was perfect and very informative. Our room was bright and had climate control, a safe, and a flat-screen TV. the location was fantastic for exploring Sharm el-Sheikh, right next to Steigenberger Alcazar with restaurants, bars, and easy beach access nearby. I dined at the à la carte restaurant close to the hotel.
